Information Architecture

Once we have all the necessary information about the brand, I begin by creating initial layout sketches to establish the content hierarchy. Alongside this, I draft a copywriting outline to ensure alignment with our stakeholders early in the process.

Exploring Multiple Hero Sections

Before diving into designing the entire landing page, I plan to create several hero section options. This approach allows us to align stakeholders on the design direction early in the process. By iterating on multiple hero designs first, we can gather quick feedback and ensure alignment before committing to the full page layout.

Finalizing the hero section early helps avoid major rework later if the initial direction doesn’t resonate. It’s much easier to iterate on a smaller section than to revise an entire landing page after investing significant time and effort.

In short, designing multiple hero section options first ensures the landing page starts with a strong, validated foundation, leading to a more effective and cohesive final design.
